ULTRA 100 PSA takes our lightest and most advanced Ultraweave and applies fullwidth Pressure Sensitive Adhesive to the film side of the fabric.
With a base weight of 2.92oz, ULTRA 100 has double the tear strength and almost double the abrasion resistance of 500d 8oz Cordura®. Adding the PSA backing creates an incredibly versatile material that is ideal for:
Radial patches on tarp and sail corners
Reinforcement tape for high-stress seams and bartacks
Reinforcement patches for high-abrasion areas
Waterproof seam tape
Repair patches
