ACS is our proprietary brand of Seamstick.  A more economical solution with equal performance to other seamstick products on the market. Tissue carrier coated on both sides with ultra-high peel acrylic adhesive.  Designed to immediately adhere to most fabrics without heat assist.  Used to created bonded seams on film-to-film materials, without sewing.

Constructed with two layers of 0.25 mil polyester film with light grey Ultra™ yarn inserted in the warp and bias. The backing is a pressure sensitive, high tack, non-yellowing adhesive.

The tape is very stretch-resistant along the length of the roll, where there are straight, parallel Ultra™ yarns inserted to control stretch. The Ultra CrossPly™ yarn helps control bias stretch and adds tear-resistance to the tape.

Ultra100 PSA takes our lightest and most advanced UltraWeave and applies fullwidth Pressure Sensitive Adhesive to the film side of the fabric. With a base weight of 2.92oz, Ultra100 has double the tear strength and almost double the abrasion resistance of 500d 8oz Cordura®. Adding the PSA backing creates an incredibly versatile material that is ideal for reinforcing tie-outs on UltraTNT™ shelters.

Insignia PSA Tape is designed for seam reinforcement, abrasion protection, and repair on lightweight fabrics. Insignia Tape is flexible and relatively stretchy; while it adds water-resistance, this tape is not intended for waterproofing seams.

Insignia tape is applied to film before stitching, to add structure to a seam and keep the thread from combing through the film.
