UHMWPE
Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene
UHMWPE fibers (non-branded Dyneema® or Spectra®) are the lightest and strongest fibers commercially available, with a tensile strength 15x stronger than steel. UHMWPE is created by a gel-spun extrusion process which draws out extremely long chains of polyethylene, aligned along a molecular backbone. This alignment effectively transfers load through the fiber for high modulus and strength.

Ultraweave
ULTRA™ weave is constructed with an optimal blend of UHMWPE & high-tenacity polyester. The tight weave is laminated with an eco-friendly adhesive to our revolutionary Challenge RUV™ film.

Ultra Grid
Ultra Grid is woven in our Bluesign Approved factory using 210d recycled nylon and a 200d double Ultra-PE grid. An eco-friendly C0 DWR (fluorocarbon-free) coating is applied to the face, with a waterproof 1500mm PU coating on the back.

Ultra TNT
Ultra TNT is an ultralight lamination designed for tents and tarps.. Ultra TNT is made with two layers of .25mm polyester film and inserts UHMWPE yarns in the warp and CrossPly. This works as an effective ripstop and provides dimensional stability.

ULTRA™ 100 - The Ultimate in Ultralight pack fabric – at less than 3oz, it has double the tear strength and almost double the abrasion resistance of 500d 8oz Cordura®!
ULTRA™ 200 - 200d Ultra PE is woven and laminated to recycled, waterproof RUV™ film. At just 3.5oz/yd2, it far exceeds the technical properties of any similar weight fabric available on Planet Earth!
ULTRA™ 400 - 400d Ultra PE (similar to Dyneema®) is about 20% lighter, with four times the abrasion resistance of other 400d U-PE fabrics. A great all-purpose high modulus pack fabric.
ULTRA™ 800 - Doubling the denier of 400d gives ULTRA 800 the strength to go the distance in the most demanding packs and duffels.
